The Global Quality Initiative was launched in the year 2008 by
Hyundai Motor Company known as GQ 3355 program. Hyundai Motor
Company wants to make sure at all levels to provide owners with top
quality vehicles that are free from defects and troubles.
So what does this GQ-3355 really stands for? GQ stands for Global
Quality initiative, 3.3 stands for Hyundai’s goal to improve the
Initial Quality to be ranked in the Top 3 Automotive Manufacturers
by the year 2011.
5.5 stands for Hyundai’s goal to improve the Perceived Quality to be
ranked in the Top 5 Automotive Manufacturers by the year 2013 |
