After Sales Service Div-prepares for the 4th Hyundai World Service Advisor Competition

After Sales Service Div.- has conducted the 4th Hyundai Service Advisor National Skill competition on the 15th of Aug 2016 in Ras Al Khor Training Center. 14 Service Advisors from 9 Service Centers all over UAE were pre-selected from the results of Service Advisor on-line qualification test to compete against each other to win the title “Hyundai UAE Best Service Advisor for the year 2016” and a chance to represent Juma Al Majid Est. in the upcoming 3rd Hyundai Service Advisors Skill Olympics In Korea on Oct 2016.

The aim of the competition is to motivate Service Advisors, enhance their Customer Caring skills and to show the world their skills and knowledge. After a whole day of competition which is divided in 2 test segments (written & practice test) a new champion emerges. Mr.Ahmad Elgamal from Ras Al Khor Service Center accumulated the highest points during the contest and declared “Hyundai Best Service Advisor for 2016”.

The winner will now undergo rigorous training to prepare himself for the 3rd Hyundai Service Advisors Skill Olympics scheduled for Oct 216 in Korea. We hope he can again surpass and outdo the competitors in Korea and bring home the “Hyundai Best Service Advisor of the World” title.

In a safety speed zone, a curved section or a ramp section, the speed is automatically reduced appropriately before entering the safety speed zone, the curve section or the ramp section. Then, if leaving the safety speed zone, the curve section or the ramp section, the speed is returned to the original setting.
