UAE, February 2023: On 25 January 2023, as part of the annual internal awards ceremony held in Dubai to recognise the achievements of Juma Al Majid group of companies, Hyundai and Genesis UAE team received The Best Performance Award for the year 2022. Compared to 2021, Hyundai witnessed a sales growth of 37% in 2022, driven by its top three selling models: the Tucson, Accent and Elantra.
There was also a rising demand for its flagship seven-seater SUV, the Palisade, which comes with a 12-inch touchscreen infotainment display, automated emergency braking with pedestrian detection, lane-departure warning with lane-keeping assist, adaptive cruise control with a semi-autonomous driving mode, and remote smart parking assist, among many other features.
